Qualifying Referral: To eligible for a reward, the referred patient (the "Referee") must be a first-time visitor who has never previously booked or visited our office. The Referee must explicitly provide the Referrer’s full name at or before their initial visit.

Referrer Reward: The Referrer will receive one (1) $10 Amazon Digital Gift Card (delivered via SMS or email) per successful qualifying visit. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Digital codes will be sent within 3–5 business days after the Referee completes their appointment.

Referee Reward: The Referee will receive one (1) complimentary Vitamin B12 shot, redeemable only during their initial qualifying medical visit. This reward cannot be claimed as a standalone appointment; a standard medical visit is required.
