licensed providers, behavior coaching, and nutrition guidance to help you lose more and keep it off.
Medical Weight Loss Program
The goal of our program is sustainable weight management without medication. For that reason, we provide complementary support from dietitians and health coaches for your lifelong health.
Phase I
With Your Doctor
Complete blood tests at a lab and review your blood test results. Throughout the process, you make two follow-up check-ups with your doctor.
With Your Nutritionist and Health Coach
Consult your food and diet plans with your nutritionist for 30 mins. (e.g., specific and achievable action plans on food, sleep, stress, and activity)
* Doctor visits are covered by your insurance.
Phase II
Get a quarterly lab testing to check on your progress and health status.
Both your doctor and nutritionist will review your health status based on your lab results.
Graduation
(No medication)
Repeat the 3-month cycle until your health status is normal. You can see how your conditions have improved through data on our patient portal.
